Apartamentos Boutique La Condesa

The location in La Condesa is excellent, with many restaurants, cafés, and shops nearby, and it’s a great area to explore the city from. The apartment itself was spacious and generously sized, which was definitely a plus. On the positive side, the bathroom was clean, and the shower had good water pressure, which we appreciated. Another positive aspect was that there was a security guard on duty 24/7, which made the building feel very safe at all times.

The bed was not very comfortable and squeaked, which affected sleep quality. The kitchen was very minimally equipped, even basic items like scissors were missing. Laundry detergent was only provided upon request, which was inconvenient. Because the apartment faced the street, it was quite noisy, and traffic sounds were clearly audible. In one of the bedrooms, the window could not be properly closed, making it extremely loud, not suitable for light sleepers at all. The other bedroom had a window facing the hallway, meaning people walking by could look directly into the room. There were blackout blinds for privacy, but this resulted in the room being very dark at all times.

Condesa is een leuke interessante wijk. De lokatie is dichtbij winkels en gemakkelijk te bereiken. Het was mogelijk om de koffers voor inchecktijd achter te laten.

Veel geluid van het verkeer. Slapen op de slaapbank in de woonkamer was niet te doen door het lawaai. Ook hoor je het geluid van de gewichten die gebruikt worden in de sportschool schuinonder het appartement. Niet schoon, beschadigd stucwerk, toe aan een renovatie.

The only thing I would change would be to provide more towels in the bathroom.

Great location. Convenient to public transport and also to walkable neighborhoods.

It was a little loud on certain nights. A busy street.

The location was great! Very central in Condesa. We were able to walk easily to restaurants, cafes, and supermarkets. The apartment was clean and we slept comfortably.

There are two things that really bothered me during this stay. First, the apartment was much darker than expected. The photos on Booking.com show significantly more natural light, but this unit does not have large windows or a terrace. Second, the internet was slow and would stop working every 15 minutes. Lastly, overall, the apartment feels neglected and needs maintenance to match what is being advertised.
