Apartamentos Boutique La Condesa

Es war sehr unkompliziert die Unterkunft und den Besitzer zu erreichen. Die Wohnung war geräumig und mit 2 sauberen Badezimmern ausgestattet. Condesa als Quartier mit vielen Kaffees und Restaurants toll zu erkunden.

Die Unterkunft war für 5 Personen ausgeschrieben. Wir haben gebucht und gefragt ob wir zu sechst (2 Erwachsene, 4 Kinder) kommen können und leider nie eine Antwort erhalten. Das Schlafsofa war etwas schmuddelig, nicht bezogen und hatte keine Bettdecke. Zudem von der Strasse und den schlecht isolierten Fenstern viel Lärm im Wohnzimmer. Die Küche war ebenfalls etwas schmutzig und für maximal 4 Personen ausgestattet.

Safe and great location from the airport central Mexico City. Walking distance for coffee , breakfast or supper. Great view from balcony. Security guard and lobby was a bonus. Apartment had everything you need. Bed was comfortable and the ensuite bathroom was great. Overall I would highly recommend and I will be coming again

These are minor things but I think a long mirror would be nice especially for a woman. Wifi was weak unless you know how to get the wifi from the modem. Then it was strong. Overall I was super happy with the accommodations.

Espaçoso, confortável e bem localizado

Muito ruído da rua, uma janela anti-ruído seria muito bem vinda. Houve um acidente de trânsito na madrugada e a sensação é de que as ambulâncias e sirenes de polícia estavam dentro do nosso quarto. As paredes também estão descascando a pintura e uma manutenção na pintura é necessária.

The apartment is clean and spacious. It is located within close walking distance to great restaurants in Condessa and Roma. The building feels very safe with a 24-hour security guard on the first floor.

The apartment is located on a very busy intersection and quite noisy at all hours of the day. You can hear loud honks and beeps from cars, trucks, and motorbikes all day and all night long from the living room and rear bedrooms. Noise also travels from residents in the building (barking dogs, loud parties). While the space is great, it was way to noisy for a good night sleep.

The apartment was clean, pretty, and in a great location within easy walking distance of Condesa. We really appreciated having laundry on site. The beds were very comfortable, which mattered a lot because my sister and I are both in our mid-40s and recovering from hip surgery.

We were told there would be two sets of keys but there was only one, and the large patio door would not lock, so we did not feel fully secure. We reported it right away and were told someone would come, but it was never addressed during our stay. The bedroom doors did lock, so we locked them at night which helped. Also, the apartment faces a major street with a glass wall, so you definitely hear the city, which is simply part of staying in a busy area, but if you are looking for a quieter place, you may want to choose a spot not on a main street. The kitchen is also very minimally stocked, so if you plan to truly cook, you will likely need to buy some basics or plan on takeout.
