L’espace était comme prévu !!

On devait avoir 2 balcons, l’un d’eux était squatté pas les fiantes de pigeons et était vraiment très sale ! L’autre sur la rue, bruit et poussière !! Dans une salle de bain lampe qui ne fonctionne pas, le pommeau de douche vraiment très encrassé !! Les plantes sèches, autant les jeter !! Pas trop de couverts et de matériel de cuisine , nous étions 4 !! Appartement 803

It was clean and spacious. The building was very secured and the area is pretty safe. The apartment had everything that we needed for our short stay.

The noise coming out from the street was some times really loud late at night, but that’s not the accommodation’s fault. It’s just part of the experience to be in Mexico City.

I loved the balcony and the front desk was super accommodating.

It’s on a kind of ugly street but if you just go one block over you are in gorgeous Condesa

This apartment is perfect if you need a comfortable place to land. It has just what you need in terms of beds, bathroom, some kitchen basics, etc. Not quite decorated and can definitely can hear a lot of street noise from being right on Avenida Baja California but throw on some white noise while you sleep and you're good to go. Lots of light and huge windows. Note there are stairs at the entrance so if you have several large suitcases like I had, better to wheel them up/down via the garage ramp and to the elevator. Hosts were responsive and helpful.

Some more touches of care would be nice, but ultimately that's not the purpose of this apartment (could use some decor, could clean up the chips on the walls, add some handles to the kitchen cabinets for easier opening, etc.)

Amazing location to walk to CDMX's popular neighborhoods. Near two EcoBici stations to easily bike around town. Great food and cocktail bars in the immediate area. The building was easy to access, the keys were easy to get, and the host was helpful with providing detergent for the washing machine.

It's off a very busy street, so the patio can be loud rather than enjoyable, and whoever is sleeping on the sofa bed will surely be awakened by traffic noises and honking outside. It's also next to a gym, and the room we stayed in (403) was sharing a wall, so we were woken up by loud bangs and the entire room shaking multiple mornings around 6am by someone who I can only assume was deadlifting at the gym. I would suggest the host talk with the gym to see if they can move that station to help their guests.
