Grande apartamento con dos habitaciones, sala comedor y cocina.

Lo único malo es que se estaban filtrando olores al baño de la habitación principal.

location is good, walking distance to parks and cafes. but mind that the building is on a very busy and noisy street - cars honking starting early morning. apartment is spacious. The hosts were very nice about early check in and slightly later check out.

the apartment looks worn out and needs some repair. There's no cleaning products, so we had to buy simple things like laundry detergent, shampoo and sugar by ourselves. the check in process relies on you having internet connection which is not easy with foreign phone operators - took some time to figure it out.

The appartment was spacious - had everything we needed. It was close to everything we wanted to visit & we were able to get Ubers everywhere. We arrived at 5.30am & appreciated that we were able to enter the appartment straight away instead of waiting until the usual checkin time.

Nothing was wrong with the property.

I can not recommend staying here. My week-long stay was defined by constant noise and broken promises. Prospective tenants should be aware of several major issues: Excessive Noise: The building has zero soundproofing. I could hear every bit of traffic from the street, but the interior was worse. Five out of seven nights were disrupted by incredibly loud music from multiple units and neighbors banging doors well past midnight. Poor Furnishings: The "fully equipped" description is misleading. The kitchen lacked basic necessary utensils, and the beds are the cheapest IKEA models available—extremely uncomfortable and not conducive to a good night's sleep. Broken Amenities & Dishonest Management: The washing machine was broken upon arrival. Despite being promised multiple times that it would be repaired during my stay, no one ever showed up. It remained unusable the entire week. Overall, the lack of maintenance and thdisruptive environment made for a very poor experience. Save your money
