Lemon Tree Residence

Location is fantastic - very convenient, in the old town with bars, restaurants and grocery shop accessible within minutes. Breakfast - served in a local cafe place, was highlight of our day. Room had all the amenities, bed comfortable, clean. Staff very helpful, always smiling and answering our never ending questions with a smile. Would highly recommend! :)

Just depending on a personal preference - one of us likes smaller pillows, and ones provided was very big :)

The location

-Management don't respond to guests complaints or pay any attention. -Public areas were not cleaned for 5 days. -Rooms are not designed to be soundproof, specifically the doors. -I had a very bad and small room (room #2), the room is small and do not match the photo that I reserved. -No privacy, the room is connected to another room through a gypsum board wall (which is totally not soundproofing material at all). We complained to the management that we can hear all conversations of next room and the management (Bassel) slept on it and did nothing. - Because the room is small, we had only a one bed side table. Which was not comfortable for us as a couple at all.

The place is well located and the interior is comfortable.

I woke up with red, itchy bites on my belly and arms and after checking with a doctor back home I found out that I have been bitten by bed bugs! Also, in the past breakfast was served in the Lemon Tree, but it has been moved to a restaurant where you can only choose 2 food items, otherwise you have to pay. This was a bit dissapointing, especially for what you pay for your stay.

So far, best accommodation I found in Amman. Good quality for a reasonable rate. Rooms are nice, modern and very clean. I really enjoyed the shared flat "mode", a private room with bathroom and shared living room, terrace and facilities. Location is perfect, super safe and relatively quiet to be near Paris Square. I'm super happy that they listened to my suggestions of my previous staying and now I got a room with dimming curtains and a thin soft pillow.

The ONLY drawback of this place is related to the nearby mosque speakers that can easily wake up anyone at 6.30am. Ofc is not related to the property itself but keep it into consideration if you have light sleep like me.

It was a good sized bright and sunny room with a shared kitchen that has all the basic requirements, including washing machine and dryer.

Room is not sound proof so you can hear next door guests playing TV and music.

The breakfast was great, not in the house itself, but not far away and very delicious. Location is also really neat if you want to walk to the main shopping streets and experience the bustling night live nearby.
