Lemon Tree Residence

Basel was very contactable via WhatsApp. The room was spacious and clean, the WiFi was good and the location was great. There was a shared kitchen area (including a washing machine, dryer and free detergent) which was really useful.

The guesthouse felt eerily empty and quiet - didn't see a single soul the whole time I was there. Note that if you're using Google or Apple maps to find the guest house, it might take you around to the back entrance (which caused us a lot of confusion upon check-in!).

Although the hotel is located in a decent neighborhood, boasting a favorable location, the facilities provided are severely lacking. Lemon Tree Residences offers only the most basic amenities, failing to meet the standards expected of a contemporary hospitality establishment. The lack of attention to detail in enhancing guest experiences detracts significantly from the overall appeal of the accommodation.

My recent stay at Lemon Tree Residences Amman left much to be desired, as several aspects of the accommodation fell short of expectations. While the host initially appeared polite by arranging transportation from the airport, the exorbitant charge of 40 JOD for the service raised eyebrows. This rate far exceeds the standard pricing of around 25-30 JOD for similar journeys via Uber or regular taxis, leaving me feeling overcharged and dissatisfied. One of the most disappointing aspects of my stay was the host's apparent disregard for guest satisfaction beyond collecting payment. Despite reaching out for assistance with my check-out, I was met with complete silence. The host's failure to respond to calls or messages demonstrates a distinct lack of hospitality and leaves guests feeling abandoned and unsupported. In summary, Lemon Tree Residences Amman fails to deliver on multiple fronts. While the host initially appeared courteous, the overpriced airport transfer and lack of responsiveness post-payment cast a shadow over the entire experience. With minimal amenities and a host who is unresponsive to guest needs, I cannot in good conscience recommend this establishment to fellow travelers.

The staff was amazing! Breakfast included was probably the best breakfast we had during our stay. You get the vaucher and it is in a close by place, amazing foood. It is clean, cute in a very quite neighbourhood but also very convinient to walk to the very croweded places and sightseeings. We had a rent-a-car but we simply walked to everywhere.
