"Bad"

Staff was rude and the room we stayed in had an unpleasant smell. Even the reception area had an unpleasant smell. No assistance with luggage despite staff was available at entrance of hotel.

The sea view room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. The food was fresh and flavorful, adding to our enjoyment. The hotel’s location near gorgeous beaches was ideal for a great vacation. The host - Jay were exceptionally caring and made our stay wonderful

"My stay here was delightful."

The room was clean and spacious, featuring comfortable beds and a bathroom with excellent hot water. From the moment I arrived, Jay made me feel very welcome and at ease; he was kind and attentive. The breakfast in the morning was absolutely wonderful! He can help arrange budget-friendly activities, transportation, and more. Really easy book a day trip or Night kayaking tour through, I also book a Ha Giang loop tour, so fantastic. I recommend this place

"Passable"

We stayed in hotel on December and maybe that was the issue. We were only one guest. Lady in reception didnt speak english, it seemed that we bother her, we had to wait 10 Minutes because nobody was in reception. We had water on floor in bathroom. In room was cold, we had only some blankets, so we slept in clothes. Breakfast? ramen noodles with egg, we had to wait for it 15 minutes. For second night we change place. Price was good but next time I will rather pay more. In second accommodation we pay 120 DNG more and was excellent.

The rooms are clean and large, the manager is super nice and prepared us a good breakfast. The day on Halong Bay that she recommended to us was great. excellent value for money, in short I recommend this establishment

"it was quiet, I slept well, good internet and a clean room, this is the main thing for me"

I work remotely, the Internet was stable, this is the main thing! Oh and the price is cheap. Clean rooms and safety at this place, a new resort and worth choosing, room prices suitable for tourist season and international guúets.
