The view of the room, twos larges beds are excellent The location was perfect, and the receptionist is very helpful

We didn’t like the towels, the breakfast is ok, but not excellent

The younger clerk, whose name I don't remember, was simply amazing, helping us with every question in such a kind way.

We arrived two friends, we received simply shocking treatment, a distinct lack of patience from the responsible clerk, every question we asked we received a disparaging answer towards us and w e just left the hotel after one night even though we paid more, we will never return to this hotel

I really liked how welcoming the staff was, especially Jay. He was very professional and offered good deals for tours and arranged everything perfectly and smoothly. The location of the hotel is excellent, and the tours offered amazing!

There was nothing I didn‘t like, I would definitely come back.

Our stay at this hotel on Cat Ba Island was fantastic. The exceptional receptionist went above and beyond our expectations, helping us arrange tours and transportation seamlessly, making our trip stress-free. The hotel itself was clean, comfortable, and perfectly located—highly recommend for anyone visiting Cat Ba!

The room was clean when arriving, but it was not cleaned up during our stay (3 nights).

Great hotel in a great location. Amazing service from staff, especially Jay and his brother. Tasty breakfast. Clean and comfy rooms. Great AC and fan. Clean bathroom with hot water and good pressure. Location is close to restaurants, bars and beach. We booked the boat tour to the bay and we thoroughly enjoyed it. Would highly recommended staying here and using Jay’s knowledge to explore the island and Tours.

great staff, really kind and helpful. good location. beds were comfy. good size room!!! shower had a good amount of pressure.

aircon/fridge/tv didn’t work but this was explained on arrival. they did provide a fan but it was too powerful to leave on during the night
