The location was good and the staff was nice. There was a little view from the window, large TV.

The photos on this listing are deceiving to someone booking quickly. I saw the photos and thought they were from the hotel (is that really a question one should have to wonder though?). They are not, they are from a cruise the hotel tries to sell to you. The rooms are in ok shape but you take a shower inches from your toilet, water everywhere. The one time we took the stairs, it looked like they hadn’t been cleaned in months.

We were really happy with our stay, adequate for the price. Jay (at the reception) was very kind and helpful, ready to help us with any questions or issues promptly via WhatsApp. We were able to rent scooters there as well. The hotel was furnished plainly, but had all necessary amenities we needed. The photos of the hotel could be more up-to-date, but we understand that the effects of the recent hurricane on the island take its toll. Overall, we definitely recommend this place

The staff is very attentive, and they’re all the time making sure that your have a good time there. The hotel is very well located and clean. We booked the boat trip with them, and it was amazing! We also booked a scooter to visit the national park.

They should remove the photos and leave only the real ones from the hotel. The hotel is nice by itself, but there are a lot of pictures from other places and it’s confusing as when you arrive everything is different. Also the photos from the boat are not from the real boat they sell.

New hotel, great location, our room was huge window with seaview. Helpful staff, really easy to book excursions in the hotel

Breakfast wasn’t great, choices between banh minh or pancakes which were either heated up on arrival or left cold. Shower towels were hand towels, they were extremely small - the smallest we have had during our travels in 5 months. Music was playing in the local karaoke bar until early hours which kept us up! The photos online are misleading, a lot of them are not of the hotel - eg. The first photo We booked the room with a sea view, however due to the new construction there will be no rooms with sea views - would have been nice to be notified of this.

It get cold in the island,Cold room they provided any type of heater .opening the window was unbearable do to loud noises almost alike shouting at times. Small room no space even for a chair

The caretaker Jay was the sweetest person i met in vietnam. He was very helpful. Managed all our bookings and travel. Gave great food recommendations and travel advise. The stay was good and value for money.

The photos of the hotel on the site also includes the photos of people on the cruise. This was a littlle misguided. Book the place after looking the room photos
