This property gives the feel of an English Country house sprawling impeccably kept gardens! The owner Dan is an incredible host completely hands on and genuinely passionate about giving his guests an experience and not just a stay!

The shower is too “woke” for my liking ie a mist which works fine but needs getting used to!

Absolutely lovely, can't fault anything during our stay. Lovely staff, who can't do enough for you. Food is delicious and freshly cooked to order. Loved our accommodation, everything that you might need is there. You also feel very secure at this property. Massive thank you to everyone, who looked after our family during our stay

A lovely place, characterful and in a good quiet Location in Karen. The staff were superb - Jeremy in particular.

Beautiful hotel with excellent friendly and helpful staff. We had a late night flight and appreciated being able to keep our room during the day.

A lovely warm welcome and staff who were super engaged throughout our stay, aiming to accommodate our every need. The hotel is set in gorgeous grounds, a lot of thought and care has gone into making it into a paradise within the city.

The cottages felt tired and in major need of some TLC. There were damp patches on the ceilings in both the main bedroom and living area, the bedding was really tired and looked and felt like it belonged in the 1950s, the bathroom (shower & toilet) was very basic and the use of old fashioned decor coupled with dark wood, made the cottage feel cold, damp and unwelcoming. There was not enough lighting back to the main hotel and a family member stubbed their toe on a concrete ramp, the bread used for breakfast was like crisp read.
