I like the bar and some of the stuff members were welcoming

I didn’t like the fact tat my room “classic room 1” the was no wifi ,cold water was coming out of my shower,the electricity was turning on and off …and the COLOURED reception lady was Very Rude towards us at the end of our stay ..she was acting giving us a tough time …😩I was hoping to come back but she’s the one making me not want to come back because of her service..she was actually harassing us

The location was nice

The fact that there was no microwave oven,we even went to the guy at reception to ask for our food to be warmed up he said there is no microwave oven he was so rude,they don't sell food the least they can do is have microwave oven available for guests and they must fix their doors.
