Security is tighter, clean and good staff 👍 👌

The fact that we will be charged if there's a stain of make up on bedding knowing very well that we ladies wear make up .

The other room have access through the window so that was really bad they could see is naked,the reflection of lighting through the door couldn’t sleep well,the noise from other guests was too much..

The shower had hot water at least

A few things: I believe they are also a day lodge where you can book and come in for a day, as a result it was packed on Saturday and there was no parking for residents. Two The rooms are not so bad in terms of clean-lines but we killed few cockroaches. I left one specifically on the carpet so they can see and at least fumigate. Three The sliding door was a mission to open and close. I believe it was not installed properly. We were afraid that it will fall on us and we would have to pay for damages. They really need to look at it, this was room 5. Lastly I noticed that they are renovating the place, however, I believe they also need to focus on small things that can sell the place. I would like to mention that the money I paid for this accommodation, there was no value for it. We attended a concert and came early hours of the following morning, the one boom gate we used was closed and we call the reception who told us we need to use another boom gate but she doesn’t know the directions to get there. Can you imagine someone telling you that when you have no clue where you were?. She said we will see the golf course when we turn at the robot. She couldn’t even tell robot one or two , yhooo… We had to drive around for about 15 minutes away from the first boom gate and the we switched on the navigator again which took us to the second one… At least put someone at the reception who is helpful.

Staff is so friendly I was so disappointed but I was down because of the staff

I booked for 8 people but to my arrival I had only 1 room then ended up getting place to sleep for 7 ppl
