I liked the outside entertainment like the pool and jacuzzi

The aircon never worked. Microwave was broken. It was a long weekend and those things should have been fixed. The rather grumpy receptionist accused us of staining the towels and rudely demanded payment. I was confused as we didn't do tht. We called for management. Luckily the housekeeping lady confirmed that that towel was stained previously. The receptionist didn't even apologise. Also the noise factor from other guests is terrible. We got little or no sleep. We are regular visitors here and expect these little thgs to be sorted. The reception on duty is very unfriendly and rude
