Location

Cleanliness I had a broken toilet sink and shower all were reported and nothing was done. Also a member of staff asked for 500 Rupees cash! to pay my bill with the credit card machine.

The location is absolutely perfect. Close to excellent restaurants & very central to most business centres.

The shower didn't work at all. As being on a business trip, we got back late every night to the hotel. When reported it to reception, they said I must go shower upstairs in another shower? I asked for another room, but they were fully booked. Same happened 2nd evening. I had a shower in my partner's room. Other than this, we arriver very early at the property before check in. They did accommodate us with 1 room so we could freshen up & go to our meetings. This was highly appreciated.
