The food was good, and the bed was comfortable. Location was fine for being close to the airport.

The staff were incompetent - I had a one-night booking and was charged for 10 nights. I then had to spend my last day of the trip negotiating a refund, rather than enjoying my time there. Additionally, I booked a rate which included breakfast, but they tried to charge me for it again. The rooms do not insulate sound well, so I could hear a lot of noise from the street, and the painting/decor in the rooms did not look professionally finished.

"Poorly maintained property."

Location

The shower was not working, maintenance came and took 1 hr to fix it. We even found cockroach roaming on the floor. Manager was not ready to change room even after these issues.

"Too much noise coming from hotels cafe."

Good location close to the airport and really nice design of the room. Size of the room is also ok.

Although there were not many guests, we had a room on the first floor facing the street. The street is busy and noisy, but the worst part is that it’s located just above the hotels cafe that is open and plays loud music till 23:30. So forget about sleeping until then.
