Very polite staff Very calm Very tidy

The room was very spacious and comfortable.

I faced problems with hot water. there was only lukewarm water in the taps . On escalating the issue the staff would leave the tap open for 15 min and say, mam, now the water is warm . It will become hot in a while but wen I used the shower it wS almost cold. The staff would not agree that there was some problem in the line. When only one night was remaining they agreed and offered to change my room. They got convinced only upon receiving complaint from other guests. But I had to use lukewarm/ cold water during my entire stay. That dampened my entire stay.

Spacious room and bathroom. Staff were helpful and kind.

Thee breakfast wasn't very good at all not a lot of variation of food. The bathroom fan switch controlled 2 rooms and this was very annoying as the room next door wanted it on and I wanted it off. The switch should be separate.
