Beautiful, quaint and luxurious hotel in the middle of the jungle. I loved the sound of water from the river and waterfall. We had great views from our room and our own pool. Breakfast is A la carte, and there is a big choice and lots of items they give you. For such a small resort the food is of good quality and the try to offer a lot. We had dinner on the first night which was also nice. The staff are friendly and always try to do their best to please. We also had the free afternoon tea which was lovely. My wife and daughter loved the massage at the Spa experience and how you could select how hard you wanted the massage and what areas to focus on rather than it being a set routine like many other places. The rooms were very big and well equipped. We stayed in the presidential suite so we loved how the 2nd bedroom and lounge was on a different level to provide more privacy. We also had free mini bar and a bowl of welcome fruit, which was a lovely touch.

This is not the resort's fault, but unfortunately there was construction going on next door at the new villas being built. The silly builders had decided to setup a work station to use noisy power tools (circular sore and auto-planer) within 10m of our balcony, when they have the whole work site to choose from. Building noise was consistent through the day and it definitely impacted on our enjoyment of our suite. I think the location is great if you want to stay-in and not go out. If you want to do things most days like go to the Ubud market and try some of the top restaurants you have to get cars into town and the traffic is horrendous. So I personally would think about the location much more carefully next time. The rooms and accommodation was generally excellent. My only complaints are: -The heated pool was way too hot, I had to ask for it to be turned down, it would be better if guests had control of the temperature rather than having to ask. -We had to be mindful of the small ants that would creep into the bathroom -There are a lot of stairs so if you have any issues with your legs or fitness this may not be the place for you.

Beautiful setting on the side of an escarpment in the jungle. The room was well appointed and large - The Presidential suite. The food was excellent with a good selection. The staff were lovely and very accomodating.

It was very humid and damp being in the jungle however there was mold around the shower. The room cleaners just rinsed the cups and glasses under the tap water when I asked for new ones. There was a smell of mildew in the room. The mosquito nets were stained. For the price these things should not have been an issue.

Il y a énormément de marche pour se rendre à la chambre située tout en bas lorsque qu’on veux sortir on arrive en haut épuisé .vaut mieux être sportif

kein richtiger Kleiderschrank auf dem Zimmer, gibt es allerdings kostenfrei auf Nachrage, leider erst am letzten Tag erfahren, kein Netflix kostenfrei, eigenes Account "mit Werbung" funktioniert nicht in Indonesien

La chambre était très confortable et la literie était de qualité. Le personnel était charmant et aux petits soins. Nous y avons très bien mangé.

Chantier à proximité directe. Les installations communes sont vieillissantes et requirent des travaux d’entretien.

Stunning location amongst the jungle with a view of a waterfall. The staff were exceptionally friendly and courteous. Our own private pool was fabulous and the spa treatments were excellent and affordable

There were many stairs to some areas which took some getting used to. However the views were worth it
