"Exceptional"

Second time in this exceptional hotel and zero regrets ! The rooms, the view, the food, the free shuttles to Ubud, all was absolutely great. But what was even more impressive : the stuff ! Every and each one of them, at the front desk, restaurant, spa, or cleaning team, they all were so kind, helpful and super accommodating, they made our stay just perfect. A big thank you!! Looking forward to returning a 3rd time 😁

"Amazing peaceful location with attentive staff"

This place is always a wonderful place to stay. Located in the jungle overlooking a river rooms were clean and tidy. And staff were lovely with free shuttles into Ubud every few hours. Would definitely stay again.
