Da qualidade do apartamento, da vista da varanda e da cama King size na suite. Casa bem equipada com tudo o que é necessário. Tem lugar de garagem com acesso pelo interior.

Como não tem AC, poderia ter aquecedor nos quartos. Durante a semana ouve-se um pouco de ruido da obra em frente, nas horas de expediente.
