"All rooms need windows. I don't use air conditioning. Otherwise good."

Serve yourself breakfast more suitable

The original room provided, no windows. Not suitable. Moved to a different room and happy there. Though did have an experience with a cockroach.

The room is spacious and Mountain view window that was very nice. The only thing is that the hot water isn’t warm enough. The staff are very nice. Location of the hotel is okay. Transportation and parking is convenient. Overall our 16 days of staying in this hotel was great!😊

The staff were great and the rooms were clean. The staff went out of their way to help with issues. The down side was we constantly had issues with the hot water and the water pressure in the shower. Towards the end of my stay we also had an issue with the A/C not working properly and leaking water down the wall. Other then that the location and the availability of transportation right outside was a big up side for us.

I love this hotel. I've been a regular guest since the hotel opened. I've never had an issue. This time I had to extend the stay and the staff was easy to deal with.

When I first started going to the hotel I could buy beer in the dining area. That is no longer available. It would be nice to have that back.

The hotel is NOT safe to stay. One of the staff opened our room at 4:00 a.m. for three times without knocking or using the doorbell. He used the card key to open the door of our room. Lucky enough we used the chain lock inside so he cannot just enter right away. I asked him what he needs and he just said are you a companion of this foreigner? OMG! What a horrible experience.

"Good business stay, decent enough"

Big room, cold aircon, clean enough and comfy beds and good showers and toilet - all the basics were good.

Staff is not so good, had confusion on my billing the previous night due to no turnover from the night shift; location is not as accessible and not much to eat around the place, internet was a bit spotty on our first night, no signal (Globe) in the rooms and no windows either, but that also meant good blackout in the morning.
