"Although our experience was only fair, Fan’s is still the best hotel in Baybay, Leyte, so there is really no other alter"

Clean, comfortable and air conditioned

Breakfast was substantially poor in serving size. Bathroom sink water was filthy, full of rust and dirt. Shower water was mostly lukewarm warm, never hot and no hot shower water at all on last day of stay.

Accessible to the City. Staff nice and kind. Service is excellent.

Not a big deal but need to provide small fridge and enough coffee and biscuits.

"Amazing staffs and Crews."

Staff was amazing, room was super clean and comfortable. We realy enjoyed our stay at this hotel.

Breakfast was'nt good ,,, there is no Options like Tomatoes, cucumber or some other vegetables though.

"All in all a good place to stay for the value."

The breakfast was good and came with the room. They also had an ethernet cable port so that I didn't have to rely too much on using spotty wifi.

Perhaps if they had a lunch/dinner option at their dining facilities instead of only breakfast it would be better. There were also insects that managed to enter the room.
