Petars Apartment

Excellent location close to the city and the waterfront. Lots of cafes and bars nearby. Short walk to bus stops. There was all the crockery etc you might need. It didn’t feel claustrophobic but it is in the basement.

The apartment has very little natural light because it is a basement flat. The furniture was basic and a little old. The towels and sheets felt very worn.

Nice apartment.The apartment had everything needed for my short stay. It's also very close to the bus stop for bus 72 to the airport.

Perfect location. Walking distance to most of Belgrade's sightseeings, main pedestrian streets with shops and restaurants, bus stations. There is a ministore just across the street to get everything you need. Well-preserved apartment, soundproof. Suitable for a family of 4. Our host, Petar, was happy to help us with everything we needed, gave us directions and information on how to go around in the city. It was a pleasant stay we'd love to return to.

The apartment is half underground, and the kitchen windows open at the level of the apper apartment's yard/veranda. The tenants were smoking at some point, and the smell came into our apartment, so we never opened them again.

Excellent location in a beautiful authentic preserved look of old Belgrade with an authentic street, free parking around the building as well as nearby multi-storey garages with enough parking space at any time. Peaceful and beautiful place from where all city sights are easily accessible on foot. Comfortable beds, clean and air-conditioned rooms as well as excellent communication with the friendly host Petar who is always available for help and useful information that will make the stay easier and with great friendly assistance. Recommendation for anyone who wants a stress-free stay in one of the most authentic Belgrade neighborhoods.

We arrived late at 2 a.m. but the owner made sure to give us the keys personally. He is a lovely person and always made sure that our stay was going well. The flat is very well located not far from the fortress, the core of the city center, many restaurants and many bus and tram lines (transportation is free since 1st of January 2025). Moreover it is located in a lovely street which will lead you in 2 minutes to a lovely bar restaurant with sunset. The flat has everything you need, flawless internet and kitchen amenities. All clean. Thank you again and hope we will come back very soon

The apartment was painted the day before we arrived and we were not told. The strong smell of paint during the stay was not pleasant. Need some new pillows. :)
