Petars Apartment

The hosts were very nice and accommodating. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Good walking distance from Kalemegdan and the old city.

There was no living room - only a dining table which was not really a problem since we were out most of the day.

The location was good, near the city centre and close to grocery stores etc. The remaining aspects of the accommodation needs to be greatly improved.

First of all the flat was not on the ground floor as stated in the add. In fact the flat is actually half under ground and by that the flat is very humid since there was no sufficient ventilation. On arrival there was a mix up with the keys from the previous guests that made us wait outside for 1,5h until the flat was cleaned. The flat even though if was just cleaned was really not at all. In over 10 years of renting different accommodations around the world this was by fat the dirties one so far. From floors, bathroom, table/chairs etc. When I highlighted this to the hosts it took 2-3 days before they came back to us to offer us to get the flat cleaned again. By then we were not interested since we cleaned the place ourselves. Even thou the host were very friendly that doesn't compensate the fact that the flat was in so poor shape when it comes to hygiene. It was obvious that they had a cleaning lady that cleaned the place after each guest but the flat was not inspected in a long time and therefor was in poor shape.

The owners were very attentive and the location is great. All questions answered, they left water, tea and Coca Cola for the guests. Plus para o Petar que é muito atencioso!

There's no living room, the apartment is on the ground floor and it feels a bit suffocating, and we couldn't pay with the credit card that we saw in the app's information

The staff is super friendly, you can ask for advice or have a chat,they can also help you find a taxi at best value. Children are most welcome. Location is close to all that matters in the city center.

I liked the location.

The location of the house is perfect. You do not need to use public transportation for going anywhere. Peter is so kind and helpful.

While taking shower, the water is getting cold quickly. I don't know if it is a problem or that may be because of the so cold weather in Serbia, or we used the hot water heater in a wrong way. We stayed here as two couples and for even second person, the water was freezing.
