Budget hotel very central location clean

Tap water was always warm, never cold

When we checked in, terrace door was opened, and later we find flying insects in the room. It’s an old building with old furnishing. Bathroom lock was broken from inside. Outside door lock was rotating hence difficult put a key to lock. White lights were installed in room and bathroom which was creating horrible ambiance. Bathroom shower space was opened resulting in water everywhere in the bathroom but never mind they place a viper to dry the bathroom. It was a first time i find a cleaning stuffs in the hotel. Only the location was good.

It was so dirty that I can not explain. We found the spits on the way to the hotel entrance. The carpet of the hotel room was full of hair bunches. I made the video and shared it with the man on the reception. They were also ashamed and they brought a kachapuri as a symbol of excuse.

Room is spacious neat and clean, good airconditioning. Location is near city centre, central market. Accessible to local transportation, groceries and fastfood chain. Staff and manager are very accommodating.

Payed online, then was demanded I pay cash otherwise the police would get called, very rude staff, horrible experience, felt threatened and unsafe!

the facilities and location are both excellent. the wifi is great, but the power and wifi did go off due to some storms for a while.

there was a problem with booking.com in which they charged my card but the hotel was unable to collect this money. when we arrived, we were told to at we needed to pay (again). after some debate, the hotel manager said he would call booking.com and we finally came to a solution. at first, I was very upset, and the hotel manager was not very willing to help, although I saw it as not my problem because I paid. luckily, the manager calling saved the hotel’s reputation in my eyes.
