The staff from check in time , the room and the amenities , there were tea cups in the room but no water heater, we asked the reception why there was no heater and he responded they don't give becAuse of the corona(covid) thing! Then we told him, but why the hotel in batumi and tbilisi that we stayed they provide and they gave drinking water every day in our room , then later on someone knock out door and gave us a heater but we didn't use because the heater was dirty it looks like someone cook something using the heater , and the room I booked double bed but they give me 3 separate bed ,the toilet was very slippery dangerous when it gets wet ,, I was actually closed to fall, And no staff asks if we are good and comfortable , just another receptionist came to ask about the payment of our room , Very bad experience with this hotel
