Smoke across whole building and no ventilation

The location was great and easily accessible. Good amount of space. The kitchen was really nice, perfect for anyone needing to cook or make anything.

There was multiple things that could be way better a me. For starters; the communication wasn’t great. Not sure if it is just the booking app but I did not receive any reply through the messages. I had to call to get them to send me the instructions by email. Upon arrival, the place wasn’t necessary dirty but there are multiple things that needed to be cleaner for the amount of money we spent, I expected it to be neater. Some utensils were dirty and underneath the beds was dirty with stuff from past tenants. Thirdly, it was not mentioned that we could not smoke on the balcony in the listing but once I read over the instructions, it said we would be kicked out, although there was multiple cigarettes left over, and on top of it there was a camera directly in front of us which felt very strange. Finally, a few things should be updated, broken outlet covers, only one side table on one side of the bed; The tape keeping the flooring together; more hand towels; better furniture; any lighting other than over lights would make it feel more comfortable; blankets for the couch…

Clean

The location has lits to be desired and the walls are relatively thin to the other units.

Saleté partout. Des caleçons sales en-dessous des meubles. Une odeur de parfum de toilette dans l’appartement qui donne envie de tousser. Une porte semi fermer un coup de pieds et il y a plus de porte. Je n’ai jamais vu quelque chose d’aussi mal soigné. À fuir
