Stonewall Suites

L’emplacement est idéal et très près du métro.

Le matelas du divan-lit devrait être changé, on penche vers le milieu. Il n’y avait pas de débarbouillette, ce que j’aurai aimé avoir. La vaisselle dans les armoires était sale. Il manquait de propreté un peu partout, surtout dans la douche.

Je suis arrivé e sur place à 10:00 pm et l’adresse donnée n’était pas bonne. 5256 mais c’était en fait 5258. J’ai du aller dans un commerce ouvert à cet heure là pour chercher de l’aide pour finalement trouver que c’était au 5258. On m’avait demandé mes ID dans un courriel en anglais seulement sans me dire que je ne pourrais pas entrer si je ne les envoyais pas. Le no de tel de l’établissement n’apparaît pas sur la version pour téléphone alors j’étais dehors sous la pluie à ne pas pouvoir entrer et sans pouvoir rejoindre quiconque de l’établissement. J’ai du louer une autre chambre d’hotel pour la 1ere nuit. Je suis entrer dans l’etablissement le lendemain. Plutôt chouette mais niveau de propreté passable ( bcp de poussière) et environnement bruyant (les voisin d’en haut ont fait du lavage à minuit et demi ce qui m’a réveillée et fait faire de l’insomnie.

After checking in on the evening of April 22nd, we had to vacate the Stonewall Suites unit on the morning of Thursday, April 23, 2026 due to an overpowering scent from a Febreeze plugin that was making us ill. Even after we removed the Febreeze plugin from the premises, the scent lingered in the air. The bed linens, our luggage, even our hair reeked of Febreeze. We vacated on the morning of April 23, and we reserved a room for a week at the Spark Hilton on Decarie through booking.com and paid for an early check-in since we had to go to my father's funeral. I have contacted Robert at Stonewall Suites and asked him to please refund me for the 7 remaining days of our stay since I can't afford to pay for our interrupted stay at Stonewall Suites in addition to our stay at Spark Hilton. Unfortunately, my repeated attempts to contact him have been unsuccessful. I have sent a request for a refund through booking.com Can you please assist me with facilitating my refund? We could not stay at Stonewall Suites due to the health hazard caused by the Febreeze plugin, as evidenced by our need to vacate and book a separate stay at Spark Hilton in order to be here for my father's funeral and to spend time with my family for a week.
