This hotel was very dirty. The walls were extremely dirty, and the bed covers were also very dirty. The floor was not clean at all. The bathroom was in very bad condition — the walls looked damaged and broken in places. The room I had booked was a double room with two beds, but when I arrived, they told me that this room was not available anymore because they had given it to another customer who arrived earlier. Even though I had already made a booking, they did not keep the room for me. It was a very bad experience overall. I will never book this hotel again.
