"Panic and tiredsome"

The breakfast was not UpTo mark

My room timing was 12 pm to next day 12 morning. When I reach there about 9 pm. They said my booked room is with another guest. They let me wait till 12 am . The hotel is not 3 star. They offer facilities less than average . There is huge difference what I booked and what I got.

5 stars for the hotel staff.. super cooperative and helpful. It only happens in Pakistan when hotel staff goes out of their way for their guests to bring you anything for you. So basically, room is fine as per price.

Hotel management needs to be on the same page.. and have a more updated system to run the whole thing.
