I stayed at the Hotel Holiday for the night. The staff there are absolutely rude. The reception manager has no manners.I had told them earlier that I had to arrive between 6 and 7 pm, but they had already given my room to someone else.Their service is extremely poor.

I booked a four-bed room but they were giving me a two-bed room and they sent me back. They didn't give me a room.I would not recommend anyone to stay here. Their service is extremely poor.

I stayed at the hotel on holiday. First of all, the reception manager was extremely rude and didn't have the decency to speak.When I complained to the owner, he was also a very rude person.I was humiliated in front of my family last night.I had booked a three-bed room but they gave me a two-bed room with a mattress. I asked if this was my room. They said that we don't have any other room besides this one. If you want to stay, it's fine. If not, get out.

The room was neither working nor was there any Wi-Fi and there was no parking. They parked the car on the other side and charged me 700 rupees from there too.When I went to the room, the bed sheets were completely dirty. It looked like a couple had stayed there for a short time.It was my first experience but I wouldn't recommend anyone to go there and stay there.

Location was ok, and the staff before check in was very good but after check in it was entirely different experience.

No back up for electric supply to run the AC in poorly ventilated rooms. Stayed for half day but there was no electricity for Ac.
