Location

Room cleanliness was poor. After a shower the entire bathroom and toilet floor gets flooded as the drain is located under the hand sink. And water does not drain quickly. The floor had lot of dust and hair from the previous occupant. We had to call the reception 3 times to send someone to clean up the room. The soap holders in the bath are rusted. The used soap from previous occupant was still by the sink.

Amenities were there ... But not appropriate. Service part can be improved.

Staff behaviour. Check-in process was very tedious. Irrelevant questions were asked at the time of check-in. Bathroom was Stingy. TV channels were not Working.
