Cleanliness wasn't there. Worms were there in the bathroom... Taps leaking, lighting issues.. All fixtures and fittings are if cheap quality.. Fridge making bad sound throughout the night.. Rooms weren't clean.. Towels were dirty.. Room walls felt like made up of plaster of patis separating each other.. Could easily hear the neighbor room people talking... Lot of mosquitos.. No mosquito net for windows.. Corridors were always filled with smell of cigarette.. Complimentary breakfast is useless... Don't book this hotel if you have other choices..

The tariff of the rooms was the only positive point about this hotel. The restaurant below this hotel provided some really good food. The staff is good and attentive.

The location is bang on the highway from Surat to Hazira, and it is not a pleasant location at all. Very busy, dusty and not a good locality overall. The rooms given to us were not cleaned. One of the toilets was used and unclean. There is no proper facility for tea\coffee or kettle in the room. A tea machine kept in the lobby is usually switched off. Beds are a little small for 2 people to share.
