The hotel is just 15 mins away from my place of interest.

Everything from the minute I entered the Hotel, I got a negative vibe. The Manager demanded the entire payment in advance. When I insisted I'll pay the next morning, he suggested I cancel and book for 1 day. That way, the charges were Rs.600 higher, which he didn't mention. The Breakfast was outright bad from the Bread to the Parathas to the Tea. The Coffee machine poured out ants, alongwith Tea. The cleaning staff would disturb me early morning, even though I told them not to, on the first morning.
