Before arriving communication poor. Poor english staff on check in poor. Hotel and day staff good. Good hotel, good location for short stay close to airport.

Clean rooms with great staff they even made us breakfast early before our airport transfer!

The best place to stay. Near to airport. Delicious breakfast. Room very clean. Very quiet. Matress and pillow so confortable. Definetly we will back again. Recomendable.

Robert is wonderful :) and all the staff is as well. Very central in noisy Kuta but on a street that is set off from the main drag. Close to everything to eat, shop...if you find that good in Kuta. Beds are a little hard but large, super hot showers, nice breakfast made fresh for you each day from several choices. We would stay again.

A good stay, convenient location close to everything! Room is small but cosy, clean, the breakfast staff is very friendly, free airport pick up and drop off up to certain time.

Excellent hotel! A little tucked out the way of the Main Street but only two minute walk to it. Loved everything about this hotel. Room was very clean, bed very big and comfortable, safe deposit box, kettle (with coffee and tea), free water and water refills, bathroom was excellent and clean and free toiletries. The breakfast was included in the price and was very good and big portions. Would 100% recommend this hotel to anyone

Free airport pick up and breakfast included in price. Staff extremely friendly and courteous. Room clean big bed. Great value stopover but tutu area not for us.
