It had a nice size and good location.

The cleanliness of the apartment was absolutely deplorable. There was hair in the bathrooms from previous guests, and when I complained, they sent someone the next day. The blankets were stained with only God knows what, and when I asked for them to be replaced, the lady they sent the following day only had sheets (i sent them pics of stained blanket and asked for replacement over the phone), no replacement blankets at all. I spent two full days frustrated, dealing with staff who showed zero empathy and zero problem-solving skills. The kitchen didn’t even have something as basic as a sponge for washing dishes… It was a total disaster in terms of cleanliness. One of the showers had a broken cold-water handle, so only scalding hot water would come out; when I reported it, I was told they only work from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. on weekdays, so if it happened over the weekend, it was basically bad luck and would be fixed on Monday (my stay ended on Saturday). After much complaining, they moved me to another apartment and asked me to quickly check if it was clean. It seemed acceptable at first, but when I turned on the shower, what looked like mold started coming up from the floor drain, which was disgusting. In the second bedroom, the bed blocked the door from closing, making the air conditioning useless. The worst part, however, was the customer service: the cleaning lady they sent rolled her eyes at me, refused to enter for several minutes, and then insulted me in Portuguese to the company staff on the phone, assuming I wouldn’t understand… but I understood everything. Overall, a truly terrible experience… They say they give a hotel experience but it’s nothing like that!! It’s terrible!!

Primeiro me colocaram em um quarto 133 bem sujo e seboso, paredes imundas, banheiro mal lavado e mal cheiro, nos lençóis de cama amarelado edredom muito manchados e aparência de usado que não foi lavado mesmo, toalhas amareladas, sofá sujo e manchado resto de comida ao redor do sofá, me transferiram no outro nós transferiram para o quarto 43, pintura do quarto não estava 100% mas melhor do que o anterior limpeza geral tb melhor, edredom muito amarelados, sofá ainda bem manchados. O pior foi na madrugada que entraram no quarto enquanto dormíamos, achei isso um absurdo, segurança 00000

Limpeza é péssima; Acesso ao prédio é muito complicado; Comunicação com os responsáveis pela hospedagem é muito complicada.
