Very polite and helpful staff! I love the cleanliness of the hotel. The location was quite accessible to all the places I visited. Good value for money. Recommend 👍

Enjoyed my stay. Out of all the hotels in Enugu that I have lodged, this one makes me feel like they care. They always make sure that I’m happy with my stay and it’s good that the amenities are nice too. Food is okay. I think they should offer more variety for their breakfast though. Will be back soon

Large luxury rooms for less money than the city center. Very friendly staff. In general good service

The area around hotel is not to safe. Don't go out without car at night. Is a bit remote and dark market place.

Most staff was humble and polite and they tried to do what they can. The omelette was good daily, the 2 managers (Ebuka and from Lagos) where had professional attitude and helped their workers. They was the only saving grace. Accommodated us for our sabbatical meals daily.

The hotel looked nothing like the pictures, there was too many problems like: ceiling leaking when it rained and air conditioner leaking for days that filled 2 full buckets of water and dirty stained carpet, dirty walls that needed painting and cleaning, shower didn't have hot water most of the time, shower water squirts everywhere, quality of bathroom poor, unbalanced flooring and jacuzzi didn't look like picture, all walls water damaged with paint chipping and furniture stained because they just don't clean them, pillows had large brown stains on them, hygiene problem with staff, sewage smell from water, filthy behind bathroom door, toilet lid was loose and not fixed probably, refrigerator wasn't clean, loud music almost 24 hours that affected our sleep, sink leaking, got stuck on the elevator and it did not work most of the time and no air conditioning in hallways and very hot and humid, poor maintance and upkeep throughout the motel. The electrically kept going out to the point we had no free wifi and it took longer than most to come back on in the day while it's hot. Poor quality decorations. The owner made many excuse for the problems and didn't fix it. This is a 1.5 star hotel. It's better quality hotels in the area for cheaper price. The place was over priced. False advertising for the rooms.

I liked the size of the room. The staff was very friendly.

The pictures on the website didn't match the actual room that I booked online. I didn't like the complimentary breakfast. It was the same thing every morning, egg sauce and yams. And, although two people were staying in the room, the complimentary breakfast was good for only one person. I didn't like that the A/C leaked, and the water was dirty-looking coming out of the faucet.
