MUSE Boutique Hotel

I stayed at MUSE Boutique and overall, it's a good place to stay. The staff were very friendly and helpful, the AC worked well, breakfast was good, but not great. All in all, I’d definitely come back, if not for anything, but how well I was treated. It’s a good spot if you’re looking for comfort, friendly service, and a bit of style while you’re in Enugu. To be honest, even though the staff asked me to give them a good review, if I didn't have a good experience, I would not give them this review.

I had an exceptional experience at Muse Hotel. The staff were truly wonderful—warm, attentive, and highly professional. Every service was delivered with care, and the facilities are top-notch. Muse Hotel is truly a great place to stay. Highly recommended!

Hotel was easy to find and check in. I was taken to my room and at about midnight, I was woken up by the reception staff to show proof of payment. I’m unsure why they didn’t ask of that during check in. I wasn’t really pleased with that and it interrupted my sleep as i struggled to sleep back. They were constant vehicles horning all night for security to open the gate so they could drive in. I paid for two nights but only got one complimentary breakfast. I wasn’t provided with a reason for that. The lifts don’t work and no sign to warn guests about it. If I was disabled, there’s no way I would be able to go up the stairs. At night electricity was seized at 0130 on my first night and staffs left us in the heat and dark for 45 minutes until I called to ask why the generator hasn’t been put on. Staffs were friendly and helpful but I think training will be helpful. My bathroom stunk of urine and to be honest, there was no point complaining, because staff will and then stare you in the face like they don’t know what to do. So frustrating, I checked out and changed hotel after two nights. I wasn’t provided completely disappointed.

Everything. The rooms were dirty. Bedsheets had cigarettes burns and some brown stains. There were cockroches in the room. Every night, mosquitoes feasted on me. They gage brown towels. The toilet was a mess with water rolling off from the bathroom towards the room. It also had a smell.

Nothing

The property was very dirty. It was the exact opposite of what they said they're. So I couldn't stay . They promised to make a refund under 72 hours. But they didn't, nor did they reply to my messages after the 72 hours .
