Park Inn by Radisson, Wells

When I arrived to check on the front desk said they could not check us into our 3 rooms, that had already been paid for, at the moment because they were running reports. After giving the impression we would be able to check in eventually, we stood there for 20 min then asked if it would be soon that we could check into our rooms as it was very late. The front desk woman rudely said I told you we’re running reports and you can’t check in. Never once offering a solution or more information as we stood there. We then had to purchase another room for 3 adults to share. This was after calling and informing the front desk 4 hours prior that we would be arriving late and giving them the time we would be there, within 30min. I then wrote the motel for a refund on my rooms I had paid for and to file a complaint about the service of the front desk and never received a response.

While the room was fairly clean, it was very small for 2 double beds, and even though we booked for 4, there were only 3 towels. Additionally , the motel was under construction with equipment in the hallways and the smell of paint all around. Because the ice machine was disconnected, the staff told me to go to the motel next door, which they also own. We couldn’t use the refrigerator because even though it was plugged in, it wouldn’t cool down. Lastly, the TV didn’t work; regardless of inputting the numbers provided by the motel, it just kept saying no signal.

Very basic place. Remodeling left some things missing.

Checked in at 11 PM, after a long drive from California desk staff was fabulous kind considerate the only room available was a smoking room, Room smelled and area and facilities were outdated and in need of an upgrade room was clean

I love Motel 6 because they don't charge a pet fee. My stay was quiet and the workers were very nice and helpful. My only complaint is that the floors didn't seem very clean, I could see other dogs hair and some dirt which stuck to my feet and got into the bed. Overall my stay was great!

Motel is in horrible condition! Looks like they are going to start much needed renovations. Would not recommend staying here until those are completed

Check in was great . The room is descent. The bathroom was not very inviting.

The Hotel 6 and the Sure stay next door are being renovated by the same owner. So it's a bit of a construction zone as they do upgrades to the breakfast area and a few rooms. I was next to one being worked on, but the crew working were concerned if they made too much noise, which they didn't that night. I just needed one night on my trip. I previously had been booked at the Super 8 , but a conflict over a booking and getting my money back a week earlier and a conversation with a man claiming to be the manager pissed me off. Since I use the Wyndham app, I booked the Hotel 6.

The views of the mountains were amazing and the rooms were nice
