Staff didn’t seem to care I complained about several things

Floor was dirty in first unit given to us. Gave us another unit which was better but still below standard.

There was no reservation or payment from expedia I had to pay out of pocket and I need a refund from expedia and expect expedia to contact me. dog feces had not been cleaned from the walkway and lawn in front of my room if it was not snowing I would have left. The floor of the shower was rotten and broken with black residue covering surface. please refund my payment

We’ve stayed in many motels this is by far the dirtiest motel most run down place we’ve ever stayed. I asked another customer what he thought and he said it was disgusting. It should be closed down and it should read we’ll keep the light off for you. I will have pictures it’s disgusting . I’m showering at another hotel to get the feeling of dirty off me. I wish I had left and got another motel it was that bad

Basic accommodation, but worked well and had everything needed. Owner is trying hard to serve.

The plus side of this is that they have free pet stay and food is convenient. The negative side of this is the room had dirty floors, walls, and the bed had hair on it.

Great spot. Convenient access to Red Rocks and the Strip

Pretty basic…

Not very appealing. The TV had no channels.

The hotel room was run down. The faucet in bathroom was broken. The shower floor needed cleaning. People were out side near our door at 5 AM talking loudly. There was no coffee pot.
