I would strongly advise avoiding this hotel. My experience was appalling. On my second night, there was a large party or function being held downstairs, and the noise in my room was unbearable — constant bass and loud music that made it impossible to relax or sleep. When I asked about the noise, I was told several different finishing times: first 10 pm, then 11 pm, and finally midnight. The music didn’t stop until after 12:30 am. At that point, I decided to leave the hotel altogether and had to find another place to stay after midnight. When I went downstairs to raise my concerns, I was met with verbal abuse from members of staff — including the manager, who was clearly intoxicated. The situation escalated further when staff began swearing at me. I have video evidence of this incident, including footage of the manager being aggressive and confrontational. Even guests from the party who didn’t know me confirmed that the manager was drunk and behaving unprofessionally. Despite everything that happened, the hotel has refused to refund me for the night I didn’t stay. The entire experience was shocking, unprofessional, and completely unacceptable.
