A very comfortable hotel. Vary good service. Good location for access to Travel routes etc. Good standard of Breakfast along with Specially created evening meal.

Very polite and welcoming. Done everything to make my stay very enjoyable. Will definitely be staying again. Close walking distance to local area, only had to drive if going further a field.

Noting after the way I was treated

After leaving my first review, I need to add more about what happened. As I was leaving to go to another hotel around midnight, I spoke briefly with a staff member who had just started their shift — one of the few sober and professional people there. While I was calmly leaving, the manager, who was clearly intoxicated, came outside rolling a cigarette and began shouting abuse at me. The whole situation was disgraceful. I have photos and videos that show exactly what happened, and yet the hotel is now completely ignoring me — not answering calls or offering any refund for the night I didn’t stay. Truly unacceptable behaviour from both management and staff.

Easy to get to

The room was a good size. It was easy to control the temperature. The breakfast was nice.

Not that you can change this, the view wasn't great as the room was at the rear, plus in the main room the windows were narrow and high level.
