This hotel is good for what it has in this city. It probably has the best breakfast available in cilacap from any hotel. Me and my wife enjoyed my stay and this is a good hotel for shoet term visits.

When I arrived at the hotel, the reception informed me that they do not have any cooperation with Booking.com or Agoda. As a result, they refused to honor the reservation I had made through Agoda. I was left without a room and received no form of compensation or assistance from the hotel. The receptionist also claimed that they had attempted to contact Agoda regarding the issue. However, when I asked for a screenshot of the conversation as proof, they only typed the message to Agoda at that moment—suggesting that no prior attempt had been made. This raised serious doubts about the honesty of their communication and their willingness to help resolve the problem.
