Bath had some damage (room 29) ..

All staff were so lovely , polite and attentive.. the breakfast was fantastic .. I really struggle with sleep and I had the most amazing two nights sleep there.. cannot wait to go back

Easy going friendly atmosphere

Nothing really, wifi can drop out occasionally that’s about all.

Breakfast was good and the staff very friendly.

There was no fruit or cereal, however, for a healthy breakfast option, which was disappointing. The cups and glasses were not replaced each day in our room, and each guest was expected to replenish the tea, coffee and sugar sachets, themselves. It would be helpful if these were in a reciprocal by the kettle in each room. The waste bins were not emptied each day, either. I had to do it myself. It would be helpful if the hotel had a rack of local tourist information about places to visit and things to do, including local transport information.

Everything was great, staff, parking, meals, room.

Weather was so so.

We loved the decor throughout. The room was comfy and well appointed. It was peaceful and quiet in the hotel. The food at the pub was tasty and there was a good choice. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Honestly couldn’t fault it in any way.

Stay here at least 2 times a month every month and always find it perfect for my needs and has a great pub connected to it

The start of the breakfast at 8.45am on a weekend is just slightly too late for me. Even if it was 15mins earlier I could at least grab something to take on the road with me
