Worst experience in a motel/hotel I have ever experienced. No onsite office, no service or staff. Found 3 dead roaches on my box spring. Noisy and place was full of pot smoke!!

Absolutely nothing.

DO NOT STAY HERE — THIS PLACE SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN This was, without exaggeration, one of the most disgusting, dangerous, and downright appalling places I’ve ever had the misfortune of encountering. I never even made it into a room — and thank God for that. When I arrived, there was nobody in the office. Not a single soul. Just a dusty, locked, empty lobby with no lights and a door that looked like it hadn’t been opened in years. The number to call was incorrect, no staff to speak to — nothing. Just a “we don’t care” vibe emanating from every inch of this hellhole. Trying to check in felt like trying to enter an abandoned building during a zombie apocalypse. Outside in the parking lot, it was like a scene from a horror film mixed with a drug-fueled nightmare. People were actively doing drugs in plain view, sitting in broken-down cars or stumbling around mumbling to themselves. And as if that wasn’t enough, a mostly naked man wandered through the area, completely unbothered and clearly not sober. No security. No management. Just chaos. The property itself? Dilapidated. Filthy. Unsafe. Trash everywhere, buildings falling apart, stained walls. It looked like it hadn’t been cleaned, maintained, or cared for in decades. The whole place felt sketchy as hell. I ultimately had to leave without checking in because there was NO ONE THERE to check me in. I then had to fight the charges just to get my money back because apparently, just listing a property and taking people’s money is enough to qualify as a “hotel” these days in the eyes of booking.com. And let’s not forget Booking.com — what an absolute joke. They clearly have no vetting process whatsoever. The fact that a property like this . what a POS. Not using them again.

worst experience I have ever had with a motel. First of all you had to go 5 miles to get your keys because they do not have an office on location, next, it is in a dilapidated part of town, very rundown and very risky. I was trying to save money, but I only stayed one night and then booked another motel for the rest of my trip and didn’t get a refund. I really didn’t care as I had to get out of there. there were abandoned vehicles out front and all you could smell was pot smoke Do not stay here!

The cost was low and the location convenient.

The bed wasn’t very supportive or comfortable. The pillows were kind of flat with limited support. The air conditioner stopped working on the second night of our four night stay, but we didn’t notice it until at first. We noted it was very humid but figured it was just the weather. When we realized the issue on the third night the property could not assist us u til the next day. We were told that the handyman would be in in the morning to fix it. We we t out at 9:30 and hadn’t heard anything at that point, but it was fixed or replaced by the time we returned later in the day.

Booked in up the road. Needed to get heater going - asked a neighbour's. Big fridge and freezer taking up space, but not operating. Single thin sheet on bed and a thin 'baby weight/product type blanket provided covering of half the bed width! Had to drive up road to ask for a blanket. Owner brought duvet diwn and threw it on the floor. At least I was warmed. Am temperatures single figures, celcius. Train hoots till late then restarted 4.30.am. Sounds so loud - like a tsunami warning! Useless 3x chest of drawers but no bedside table or light. Towels minimal. No flannel, hand or bath mat. Stripped out unit!
