The smell of the room ( it smells extremely bad like mold and cigarettes), the design of the room in reality ( full of tiles everywhere), unsafe area, horrible train noise all the time.

Not a lot. The receptionist was awesome.

Getting the key was crook. Hot water cold.

The fact that no one spoke English at the property and I had to go half a mile down the road to actually check in to only go back to the property and richly gone to. Upon my return and realized what a dump the place was I went to the shack on the property where a sign clearly said someone was on duty until 9:00 or 9:30 and get it was 8:30 and nobody was there

I have never had an experience like this! I booked on Booking.com. Wish I had seen these reviews. It is the least comfortable or reasonable experience I have ever had. Zero, and I mean zero, customer service. No one will answer the phone except for 6 hours a day. No blankets, no hair-dryer, no electrical plugs in the bathroom, no coffee maker. Zero assistance from staff (there is no staff) to assist with anything. $20 a night pet fee on top of room cost. $50 room deposit fee which is NOT returned the day of checkout. Again, zero staff—Zero customer support.

I have never had an experience like this. The rooms have no blankets, hair dryer, coffee maker, or electrical plug-ins in the bathroom. The « staff » is only responding to customer queries 6 hours in any 24 hour period. There is no customer service. Zero. The $85 a night cost is way too high for the zero service provided.

Management. The management thinks customers are fools.

Was traveling to Florida for Hurricane clean-up of my property so just needed a place to lay my head overnight. Didn't need any thing fancy. Seemed like a a perfect fit when Booking.com had this as a studio with a total price of about $73. You don't get on sight service her, you have to taka short ride to another motel to register and pick up the key. When I got there, the clerk told me that the Carole Motel charges an additional $50 over and above the Booking.com price. That was never disclosed either by Booking.com or the Carole Motel and they emailed me but never mentioned the additional undisclosed charge. I told the clerk that was a terrible business model but she would not budge so I left and didn't stay. While I was tired and wanted to get to my home in Florida rested, I refused to pay the undisclosed surcharge of $50 for a total of $123.00 instead of the agreed upon and advertised price of $73 (taxes etc. included).

Unexpected deposit upon arrival even though room was paid for in full, no customer service, nobody answers number posted for service called ahead of my stay no answer
