The Grayhaven Motel

Beautifully decorated motel. Great costumer service. Easy checkin. Bathroom is not renovated, a little old.

We loved our stay at Grayhaven. The room was big and comfortable and we loved the big window looking out at the birds and wildlife. We saw so many cool birds, a woodchuck, a bunny… so fun! Thank you for all the special touches.

Old school Motel...Trying to keep the original flavor of a 1950's hotel. Very nice people. Has a lot of potential but has a long way to go!

Very well situated, close to parks. Our room was very clean,quiet and comfortable!! I would recommend staying here to anyone .

It is a beautiful retro property that has been redone to have modern amenities and comforts.

Unfortunately the rooms share a thermostat so our room happened to get very warm, uncomfortably so. But it was also a fluke we visited during one of the hottest weekends so far this summer. I don’t think this would be an issue if it was not for the very hot days and nights we had.

We attended the Cornell Reunion, and everything closer was booked. Parking is right in front of your room, which gives you easy access. The room is larger than it seems and very bright. The shower worked well, but the bathroom is small. There are areas for kids to play and a pit fire, they gave us a kit to make s'mores. It might seem a bit far from town, but if you have a car it doesn't matter. Check in and out were easy and you have a bird feeder outside your window, we saw birds, squirrels, and rabbits. Everyone was very nice. It was cold outside, but heating inside worked perfectly.

The bathroom is small, and our room was never cleaned during our 3-night stay. We were next to a staff-only room (or closet) and they slammed the door at 7 AM - we were tired from travelling so that wasn't great.
