The whole place felt frozen in time, clean, and definitely on a ‘50s kick. The bed was firm and comfortable, parking easy, grab and go breakfast options convenient (coffee, oatmeal, fruit, yogurt). The jazz playing in the main lounge areas was also cementing the vibe. Of note, the floors do creak and carry vibrations from neighbors, though expectations of this were set up front. I had a cooler in my room, no microwave nor fridge, yet I was prepared as I knew in advance. You could order something to be delivered to door if you needed. Highly recommend this place.

Great location. Excellent choice if you’re looking to stay somewhere with charm that chains can’t offer. Motel is a throwback to the days of yore. Very cool vibe. Excellent outdoor amenities including fire pits, bocci ball, corn hole, and playground. Breathtaking views and a great place to relax.

Great outdoor spaces and a beautiful walking trail. The staff was very friendly, gracious and helpful! Great selection of drinks and snacks are available. Nice outdoor spaces to enjoy. We wished we were staying longer!

Room was very clean and spacious. Liked the packet that was provided to make fire in the fire pit. Grandchild is a student at Ithaca College so this will be our “go to place” when we visit

I will definitely stay again during my visits to Ithaca.
