Clean comfortable beds. I liked the outdoor fire pit, and our dog appreciated the walking path I would stay here again

Great location in terms of proximity to attractions and things to do (parks, shopping, Ithaca Beer Co., etc.). The check-in process was great - they overcommunicate and that's exactly what needs to happen so we always had the information we needed. The room was spotlessly clean and comfortable. The bed was comfortable. Wifi was great.

The location is very close to the road and it's LOUD (lots of trucks). There's a sound machine in the room to use and we figured out why pretty quickly. The windows seem paper thin. The blind in the very large front window does not go down all the way - there's a gap at the bottom in which anyone could peek in - that was a bit unsettling. The TV is very small given how far it is from the bed, but with a one night stay it would be fine.
