Breakfast was exceptional with a variety of foods for everyone’s taste. The staff was extremely helpful, manage the transportation for me to Lisbon and talked with the driver so that he would understand where I needed to go. They went far beyond my expectation.

It is obviously old, but tastefully modernised.. the view is stunning. The staff are pleasant and helpful. Breakfast was one of the best, beautifully presented and with a great array of options. The location is great, peaceful but close to amenities… it is lovely to relax in Sintra once the incredible quantity of day trippers have left..

WOW! What a wonderful place! I would have spent a week there. The host and staff were so helpful. The views were stunning including a beautiful sunset on the terrace. We will return. One more note when it was time to leave and we could not get a car service they went out of their way to get us a cab which was allowed through town to get us to our train to Porto on time. Well done!!
