Broadway Retreat with free parking

It is a quiet cul de sac so ok for me as I had to sleep during the day because I work nights. Tv and sofa were ok and comy

The bed was uncomfortable, very soft. The sheets, towels and kitchen stuff were very dirty and sticky even. Had to rewash everything. The boiler makes a terrible noise every time we opened the tap. We were afraid of waking the neighbors when using this late at night or early morning.

Clean and clutter free.

PET FRIENDLY, SPACIOUS, MODERN, CLOSE TO TOWN, PEACEFUL, QUIET AT NIGHT, GOOD SLEEP, GOOD PARKING SPOT. NICE LOUNGE, MODERN KITCHEN. NO DISHWASHER BUT THERE IS A WASHING MACHINE WHICH WE DIDN'T USE.

MAIN BED MATRESS NEEDS CHANGING, RAGGED AND NOT VERY COMFORTABLE, SINKING. SOME HAIR IN BED SHEETS AND DEBRIES IN BED SHEET. TOILET VERY NICE BUT SHOWER NOT VERY CLEAN. DESPITE THESE FEW MINORS, EVERYHTING WAS PERFET

Nice and modern. Flooring was very nice. Bathroom shower nice plenty of hot water. Parking to rest was ok. Lovely big Tv with Sky. Quiet road.

There was no bath mat or shower mat. Shower very slippery. Handles on the vanity unit silver peeling off. Freezer door has to be pushed hard, previous occupants hadn’t shut it properly and it has frosted right up. Bed could do with a new mattress, but lumpy. Kitchen sink the plug was broken so had to run the hot water continuing to wash up. Little things that could easily be fixed.

If you’re travelling on a budget, it’s a great option to add more luxury to your stay, rather than stay in Margate or Canterbury for double the price. Very handily placed for the Kent coastline, easy to access from the motorways. Had absolutely everything we needed, plenty of space for the dogs (ours didn’t need a garden, they were worn out from all the beach walks, and we just took them round to the car park area for their late night and first thing relief walks), tv was easy to operate, monsoon shower was fabulous, cooker and hob again easy to use, bed and sofa was super comfy.

The super tall dining table was difficult to use because the seats are even higher and don’t feel very stable. Could do with replacing with a standard height, smaller corner table.

Hi Sam Very disappointed i will send the photos and video I could not stay 😕.. First impressions are everything..have you visited recently??? The staircase dirty and musty smell On opening the door there was an odour missing...the smell of cleaning products!! The sofa clearly needs a clean and the dog eared throws immediately says I'm hiding something and of course...photos to follow The kitchen on first glance adequate..again photos to follow...just needs a proper clean Bathroom just felt again not massively dirty just grubby and unloved The bedroom was the worst 😫 😩 broken bed frame collapsed mattress stained and damaged Pillows...yuck photos to follow All in all such poor quality not fit for purpose as a rental I am expecting a refund...!!

Very clean and tidy, great location, quiet and not far from anywhere.

Personal comment bed was a little too low and soft for me.
